Trafficking and migration concernsIIMAC Photo
There are so many illegal migrants women with their siblings living and working in terrible situation in many countries. International initiative for mother and child (IIMAC) is anchored with the United Nation Millennium Development Goal by promoting women rights, gender equality and empowering women who are poor illegal immigrant which will contribute to achieving all the other goals, from reducing poverty and hunger to saving children’s lives, improving maternal health of illegal women and children ,ensuring free education , combating illegal immigrant of sex and drug traffickers victimization, and ensuring environmental sustainability by providing means of livelihood for the migrants including financial and skilled training support that will enable them go back home as established individuals. People in this group are referred to as illegal immigrants, illegal aliens, irregular migrants, undocumented workers. Whatever they are called, their existence and rejection raises an important ethical questions and concern.
Do societies have an ethical responsibility to provide health care for them and to promote their health; are they allowed to starve to death with their children? Illegal women with siblings are often victims of abuse and are prime targets for drug pushers and sex racketeers, which is why we should fight the cause, protect the victims and put the evil racketeers out of business for good. Some law makers argue that people who have no right to be in a country should not have rights to benefits in that country. However IIMAC believes that access to health centers, schools and food is a basic human right that should not be denied anyone irrespective of their legality statues in the country of residence. We need a perspective that clearly defines the moral judgment we pass to the illegal women with siblings including men and young men. We must not forget that every human life is accountable for and no one is supposedly less important to another, therefore we have decided to start a journey to end the dilemma and untold pains and hardship mother and child face while living in a strange country as illegal immigrant and to curb the spread of further damages acquired as they set out on a journey of the unknown or lured by drug and sex traffickers who smuggle them to the so called land of milk and honey!. IMMAC proposes to provide access and quick response teams of volunteers that will adequately respond to the urgent needs of illegal migrants worldwide we hope to reflect on the complexity of their situation while living in restricted countries thus this will enable us, not to judge but to care, listen and provide quick permanent aid and free education that will make them dependent and legal as they acquire skills and quality informative educations and lessons which will make them dependent and self sustainable.. IIMAC wishes to focus on the situation of illegal immigrants and hope to further persuade you to see through the eyes of the victims as they journey through time to the unknown. We hope to create a free health care centers worldwide for illegal immigrants who are denied treatments because they are illegal and as a result of that many lives have been lost abroad. we have to provide health care to illegal migrants because it’s of the height in demand some secretly seek for medical help from home as a result of that many fall victims of quake doctors and nurses who inject and treat them without proper examination and medical test or check-up.Illegal immigrant is on the rise in many countries as the world plummet into recession and constant unrest even investors and tourist shy away from investing and traveling to some certain countries thereby resulting in economic decline which contributes to the major reasons citizens migrate to another country. However the modern attempts to control migrants leaving their country or residency are not remarkably effective. There are illegal immigrants residing and working all over the globe. When people think about illegal immigrants, they tend to focus on Africans in Asia and Europe. But the phenomenon is really much more diverse and complex. Illegal immigrants come from hundreds of countries and go wherever they can get work. There are undocumented workers from Indonesia in Malaysia, undocumented workers from Haiti in the Dominican Republic, undocumented workers in Cambodia and undocumented workers from Myanmar in Thailand. Thailand is an interesting example because it is both a source of and a destination for undocumented workers: while many people from poorer countries have gone to work in Thailand, many Thais have gone to work in richer countries. Since illegal activities are difficult to measure, and people are difficult to count, iimac does not know exactly how many people are illegal immigrants. The following estimates provide a rough idea. The total number of illegal immigrants in the U.S. is probably between five and eight million. About 30-40 percent of these people entered the country legally, but over-stayed their visas , example is Cambodia the Kingdom of wonder thousands come in with visa's but over time end up becoming illegal due to over-stay visa. Of all the immigrants in Europe, about one third are probably illegal immigrants. A small country like Israel has about 125,000 foreign workers (not counting Palestinians). About 50,000 of these are in the country illegally. A sound ethical response to the question regarding why I started this charity for illegal immigrant women with child is simply because we require some understanding of the work that illegal immigrants do, the pull factor is always money and the desire to live and care for their siblings in a better environment including an access to good school . Most undocumented workers do the jobs that citizens often reject. They do difficult and disagreeable work at low wages for small firms in the informal sector of the economy. In general, they have the worst jobs and work in the worst conditions in such sectors of the economy as agriculture, construction, manufacturing, and the food industry. They pick and move dirt, sew clothes, clean toilets.fruit, wash dishes. of finding courtship

Health And Disease ConcernDesease
Another reason for enforcing change in our society can be found in the issues that arise due to the existence of undocumented immigrants, child slaves and sex slaves living in the unknowing host country without any records of who they are or their past history - leading to concerns and questions about the unknowing dangers and backgrounds of offending criminal migrants. More importantly disease and out breaks might also be a concerns as to the possibility becoming infected by unknown virus of unknown origin. Legal migrants are required to have medical screening to ensure that they do not bring any contagious diseases into the country of residence. Illegal immigrants are not screened and many are carrying horrific third world diseases that do not belong in the in certain countries. Many of these diseases are highly contagious and will infect citizens that come in contact with an infected immigrants therefore we propose to test illegal migrants that are under our care and providing government the full data of each person to ensure safety as much as possible .
They Work Under Severe Climate Conditions Regardless! The question is why do people like to migrate even when they know the dangers of illegal migration?
The answer lies in the push and pull factors: Push and pull factors are those factors which either forcefully push people into migration or attract them country. A push factor is forceful, and a factor which relates to the country from which a person migrates. It is generally some problem which results in people wanting to migrate. Different types of push factors can be seen further below. A push factor is a flaw or distress that drives a person away from a certain place. A pull factor is something concerning the country to which a person migrates. It is generally a benefit that attracts people to a certain place. . Push Factors
